AEON Protect provided by bolttech*, is a service plan for all mobile device financing program that provides repair services for accidental and liquid damages.

2.What is not covered by AEON Protect?
Some of the key exclusions include:
- Theft or loss of your smartphone
- Malicious breaks
- Device used for commercial, rental or profit generation purposes
- Wear-and-tear from daily use
- Cosmetic damage
3.How do I request for a repair?
Notify bolttech and register a service request within 48 hours from the time of incident. You may lodge a service request through any of the following means:
- Message to bolttech Facebook at “bolttech Device Protection Asia”
- Customer Service portal at http://sr.bolttech.asia (login using your email address and mobile phone number / IMEI number)

4.How can I track the status of my repair request?
You can call bolttech hotline +603-9212 4314 to track the status of your repair. Otherwise, bolttech service team will contact you via email, SMS or phone call to:
- Inform that your repair request has been received
- Confirm the pick-up time and location for the damaged device
- Inform that your device has been repaired
- Inform that your device will be delivered to you
5.When will my AEON Protect service plan expire?
Your AEON Protect service plan will expire at the end of the service plan term that you have chosen, either 12 or 24 months from the date of purchase; or when you have exhausted the repair limit.
