Can I request for a temporary block for my Zing Card in case it is lost or stolen?
Yes, you can.
We will temporary block it for a maximum of 24 hours and customers have to call to uplift if they manage to recover the card.
Customers are required to reactivate the Zing Card at the selected Touch 'n Go POS counters as attached or log in www.touchngo.com.my
However, beyond 24 hours, we will automatically block on a permenant basis, as a security measure and consider it as a lost card and customers will have to go through the lost card process for its replacement.
